Duffy Theatre

“Yippy! It’s Monday the 23rd of September 2013 and The Duffy Theatre came to St Pius X Catholic School today.” Everyone was excited after morning tea because we were going to watch the show and it was in our school hall.

All the students sat up in the hall and listened to Duffy and his friends talk about reading books and we experienced acting.

Those people that were in the story was Duffy and Scruffy they were the brothers in the Story. Afi was friends with Duffy that was Duffys only friend in the School.  When Duffy and Scruffy were running around and around their house they could not find them both. Duffy came to us and said have you seen my brother scruffy. There was a battle in Duffy’s bedroom.  Duffy said what are you doing in my bedroom you are not allowed but the evil person battled with Duffy.  Vortrag took all of Duffys ideas and words and the next day it was school and at school it was for everyone to do a things at school.

When Duffy got up in the morning he had some breakfast he had wet dicks for breakfast he had to put sugar in his but he took the wrong he took the solet.And when he was on the bus he did something in the bus like with his breakfast like that.But at the design Miss Lovely came and batod and miss Lovely had won that battle that she was doing just how she wanted to do in her would.

How I felt about the Duffy Theatre well like always like me but this time i was so happy to see that there had a handshake because i said that because handshakes mean friend and brothers there very very close to one and other.

Typing Test

Kids 4 Kids

“On a lovely day it was time for the best day in the whole year it was the Kids for Kids concert and it was going to be awesome.

It was Friday the thirteenth and the concert was at the Life Convention Centre, Mangere, it is the best place I have ever been to. It was very cool and awesome, my friends loved it there too.

Some of our families were coming to the kids for kids concert and our families were very proud of all of us. My mum and Nana and brother and sisters (I mean my whole family) was very proud of me that I was on stage

What we were doing there was helping all those people in the world that need food and need some care in their country and those people that are going to die in their country and help those in need.

We all got their by all of our Sisters and our Brothers and all of our family members some of us got picked up from the teachers. It was hot up on the stage it was hot up there because of all the lights were just hot up there we were all told to take off our jumpers  at the back stage. Some of our families and friends were all Laughing and Cheering for all of us some of us were very very happy and some of us were very sad and some of us were scared to go on to the stage.

Did I tell you late when we went back stage some of the children were very very noice at the back stage me and the girls were just playing some games I told you about those children were very noice.

That night we were wearing bright clothes and we were not allowed to wear some high heels last year someone told me late someone wearing some high heels.When we were up on the sage Miss G saw me and we were so happy to see miss G there and to se us to perform on that stage with all of our other friends.

Some of all of the teachers were there with all of us and wish us all good luck on the stage tonight and we will be so so good tonight.There people that came to the Kids 4 Kids those people were Anna-lise,.Faleaka,Joanna,Paul, Seuati ,Rosalina,Tokilupe,     Kanesini Manu those were the people that come to the Kids 4 Kids and that night we all had fun.

When we were up on the stage all of the teachers were all saying hello to all of us when we were going to perform on the Kids 4 Kids on stage.

Kids 4 Kids

On a lovely day it was time for the best day in the whole year, it was Kids for Kids and it was going to be awesome. It was on Friday the thirteenth.

On that night we were all playing and waiting for all the children to come from the 15 different schools that were in the Kids for Kids Concert. Our music teacher was with her school at that time it is called Sancta Maria. Those children in my class that were there were Annalise, Alecia, Ma’ata, Fale’aka , Tokilupe, Kanesini, Rosalina,  Seuati , Paul, Manu, Joanna and Richie.

Filming Reflection

Last week we created a movie for the Film Festival and what we did was make a group and think who was going to be in the movie and we had did that and then you had to film. The movie is about Success.

The Movie was for the children to have some fun and how we did the movie was we have groups and those group have Actors, a Director and Camera Operator. Everyone had a part in the movie to play.

When we finished the movie the Director went to the teacher to edit the movie and put the parts in the right order.

Rugby League Reflection

On Tuesday we were doing League and first at League we had to do star jumps. Some children had to do 5 star jumps and some children had to do 10 star jumps.

After all of those star jumps we were doing some high knees and some strapping and some bear crawls. We were Scoring some tries and we were doing a little jogging and some of the throwing. We also played a game called Simon Says and another game called Octopus.  I learnt some good league skills.
